My name is Rachel. I am a sophomore Public Relations major at the University of Oklahoma. I am originally from Oklahoma, so I am a HUGE sooner fan. I love involving myself around campus and getting to know diverse groups of people. While being in college a short time, I have already noticed that you learn just as much out of the classroom as you do in the classroom, therefore I think it is very important to be active and learn from the people you meet.
I have created this blog as an assignment for an Intro to Women's Studies class that I am currently talking. I chose this class to gain a Western Culture credit and it seemed most interesting of my available choices. I am in a sorority, so I am guessing I will be able to observe what I learn at my house... that will be interesting.
